Tallow

Once used a staple cooking material, tallow is making a comeback and is now popular for many uses. It's great for frying in the kitchen and even for making homemade products like lotions and soaps. Solid at room temperature, beef tallow is free of trans fats and our forage-fed and forage-finished beef also makes our tallow packed with fat-soluble essential nutrients like vitamins A, D, E, and K.
